Payment Options

The following payment options are available to help you pay the part of you bill not covered by insurance:

Pay your bill in full by cash, check or credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Discover and Visa. Credit card payments can be made by phone, mail, in person or online.

Establish an extended mutually satisfactory payment arrangement through our Customer Service Department.
